Martina is a tax lawyer who has experience advising clients on a wide range of tax law matters. With extensive experience advising clients on international tax matters her practice in Canada has been focused on designing and implementing tax strategies for medium-sized businesses as well as on advocating for the taxpayer’s rights during audits, objections, and Tax Court appeals. Martina is passionate about tax law and a strong advocate of everyone’s right not to pay more than legally required.
Martina has been a practicing lawyer for over 12 years before coming to Canada. She was regularly invited to speak at conferences and graduate courses. Always eager to have a deeper understanding of the law, Martina has published multiple academic papers, and her opinions were also collected by the media.
Martina is very sociable, she enjoys visiting and hosting friends and family. A fan of homemade food, Martina relaxes by preparing traditional dishes as desserts.
